Unsere 2018 neu erbauten Ferienhäuser aus massiven Blockbohlen sind im Alpen-Chalet-Stil, mit jeweils einer Blockbohlensauna und einem Kaminofen, optisch und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Häuser sind jeweils ca. 75 qm groß, für max. 6 Personen. Die großen Panoramafenstern sind auf den Erlebnisberg (Bocksberg) ausgerichtet.
Bei unseren 6 Blockhäusern handelt es sich um 6 Einzelhäuser, die aus massiven Blockbohlen gefertigt worden sind. Alle Häuser stehen auf Stelzen, wie die urigen Blockhäuser in Österreich und der Schweiz. Ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal im gesamten Harz. Die Einrichtung ist mit Ausnahme der Farbgestaltung fast identisch.
Unsere Blockhäuser sind im angesagten Stilmix modern und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet.

After years of experience with large and smaller log cabins and chalets in the Harz, we have found that smaller log cabins achieve a significantly higher return than larger log cabins and can also be rented out much more easily than larger holiday homes that are further away from the town center. The hub in Hahnenklee is Rathausstraße with the cable car, the adventure mountain "Bocksberg", as well as the numerous restaurants, shops and the supermarket.
With us, for example, you can buy 2 individual finished log cabins with demonstrably very good returns for €750,000 and not the famous "pig in a poke". After purchase, you can either rent out your log cabins yourself directly, or have your rentals handled completely.

Our log-panel houses are directly on one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the Harz, right by the forest at the end of the village in a cul-de-sac. Very quietly located yet still central.
The hub in Hahnenklee is Rathausstraße with the cable car, the adventure mountain "Bocksberg" as well as the numerous restaurants, shops and the supermarket. The town center is only approx. 400 meters away from our houses, close but not audible.

Hahnenklee is a holiday resort in the Harz; thanks to the many investments in recent years, this year and in the coming years Hahnenklee is one of the biggest tourist magnets in the Harz. This year alone, another summer or all-year round toboggan run was opened, which attracts even more guests to Hahnenklee.
The overnight figures speak for themselves: in 2022 Hahnenklee had approx. 450,000 and in 2023 approx. 480,000 overnight stays.
