Masonry

Roof
The roof structure was built to a high standard using visible, planed timber. The roof surface has 22 mm thick tongue-and-groove boarding. Above this are plasterboard panels, a vapor barrier, a 10 cm thickInsulation with rigid foam, as well as counter-battens, battens and roof covering.
Heating
Heating is provided by a modern gas condensing boiler. Hot water is supported by solar energy. The gas boiler was replaced in December 2025 (Wolf brand).
Windows
The white pine wood windows and doors have a thermal insulation value of approx. 1.3 W/m²K. Windows and doors will be replaced in October.
Façade
Rendered façade with additional 6 cm glass wool insulation.
