A new location for health, medicine, therapy, sport and leisure is being created in the former aluminium foundry “Altes Schmelzwerk” at Colsmanstraße 25 in Friedrichshafen.
Selected medical practice and healthcare spaces are still available in the Medical and Healthcare Centre. The offer is aimed in particular at doctors, specialist practices, medical care providers and businesses in the fields of therapy, rehabilitation, prevention and health.
The available spaces in the former office building are located on various floors and range from approx. 270 m² to 420 m². Depending on the floor, clear ceiling heights are approx. 2.80 m to 3.13 m.
Access is step-free. A lift is available.
As part of the comprehensive refurbishment, the spaces will be individually tailored to each intended use. The layout, fit-out and finishing can be planned together with the tenant at an early stage. This makes it possible to optimally adapt reception and waiting areas, treatment rooms, therapy spaces, diagnostics, staff rooms or other practice areas to the respective requirements.
