A ca. 58 m², fully furnished 2-room apartment for rent is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in Kassel Nord/Holland. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2023.
Renovation 2023
Floor coverings, wall and ceiling surfaces, as well as the complete electrical system were renewed. The bathroom was completely renovated including the pipes. Also new are the fitted kitchen and a radiator in the kitchen.

Suitable for
The apartment is suitable for a single person, a couple, or a two-person shared apartment. Moving in with a child is also possible by prior arrangement. Only the complete unit is rented. In the case of a shared apartment, both residents sign the same lease; separate leases for individual rooms are not предусмотрено. The residents arrange the internal division of the rent themselves.
Rent and costs
The cold rent is 800 euros per month. In addition, there is an advance payment for ancillary costs of 300 euros including heating costs, so the monthly total payment to the landlord is 1,100 euros. Rules
