Heisebeck, with its approximately 530 inhabitants, lies at the heart of this rural idyll.

Two worlds under one roof – rural history meets modern living

The origins of our farm date back to around 1880. Built in classic half-timbered construction, a farmstead with a residential house, stables and a spacious barn was created here. The original ensemble was partially rebuilt after the end of the war in 1946 – parts of the farm building had been destroyed and were reconstructed using solid construction.

Until the early 1990s, the farm was still actively operated by the parents of the current owners. Agricultural use shaped life on the farm – and its character can still be felt today.

A significant transformation took place in 1988: modern living space on one level was created from parts of the former stable and farm rooms. The resulting, self-contained residential unit comprises approximately 106 m² of living space – divided into four well-proportioned rooms, a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.

In the modern bathroom, electric underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. The kitchen is equipped with a relatively new, contemporary fitted kitchen, which is already included in the purchase price. Hot water for the kitchen and bathrooms is supplied by electric instantaneous water heaters – efficient and uncomplicated.

Two residential units, many possibilities – the heart of the farm

The original residential house of the farm now houses two floors full of life and history – with a solid partial basement dating from the time of construction as its foundation.

The ground floor offers approximately 63 m² of living space. The classic layout comprises a spacious hallway, two rooms, a generous farmhouse kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. In 2004, the entrance area was extended: A covered annex has provided weather-protected access ever since, while the roof above serves as a balcony for the upper floor.

The upper floor continues generously. Approximately 89 m² of living space is distributed across five additional rooms, a functional fitted kitchen with appliances, and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. The covered balcony created in 2004 is ideal for the first coffee in the morning or a relaxed end to the day.

Together with the ground-floor apartment integrated into the utility area, this results in a total living space of approximately 258 m², divided between two self-contained residential units. Ideal for multigenerational living, for friends’ families – or as a combination of living and working on your own farm.
