The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity must be paid for separately.

The compact district of Rellinghausen lies five kilometres south-east of the city centre, and is characterised by concentrations of single-family buildings and relatively few multi-family buildings, along with the Schellenberg castle and its wonderful location near the Schellenberger Wald woods. Frankenstraße, to the west, is almost urban in nature. There you can find shops and the tram that takes you into the city centre. The B227 borders to the east, taking you to the A52 motorway and to the city centre.
