A unique place in Germany, the harbor village in Rheinsberg. Living or vacationing here is pure relaxation. Unfortunately, due to age, we have to part with our house in this harbor village, whose creation we witnessed from the very beginning. Like all the houses in the harbor village, the house was built in Scandinavian style as a low-energy house and is in a well-maintained condition. It stands as an end-of-terrace house in a block of four at the private harbor, with its own boat dock, water/electricity supply pillar, and a boat berth for boats up to a size of approx. 3.5o m x 10 m. The terrace faces southwest with a view of the harbor and the boat berth. The living area of the house is 84 m². On the ground floor are the living and dining area, kitchen, guest toilet, and storage room. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are the bedroom with floor-to-ceiling doors to the balcony, a guest room/office, and a bathroom. All windows/doors in the house have roller shutters and lockable handles. The furnishings in Nordic style match the house; the leather seating sets are as good as new. Heating is provided by district heating from the heating plant located in the harbor village, as is the hot water supply. The ground floor and upper floor have underfloor heating. A new stove with soapstone cladding creates a cozy atmosphere. On the terrace facing the harbor there is a teak seating group, and on the side terrace a white wooden seating set. Sun protection is provided by 2 awnings. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove with oven, microwave/extractor hood, 2 refrigerators, and much more. The outbuildings (see site plan) consist of a large shed for winter storage of the terrace furniture, lawn mower, bicycles, etc. Adjoining this are a workshop shed and a frost-proof insulated storage shed. A carport is attached to the large shed. Another parking space is located toward the street in front of the carport and shed. There is no backlog of renovation work for the house and outbuildings. The last exterior painting was carried out this spring. The house was not rented out and was used only by us and the family.

The location of the house in the marina village is shown in the site plan and the attached images. The distance to the center of Rheinsberg is approx. 2 km. There are several supermarkets, a drugstore, 2 pharmacies, medical practices, post office branches and a petrol station. Rheinsberg is located in the north of the state of Brandenburg, in the district of Ostprignitz-Ruppin, and can be reached, for example, from the A 24 via Neuruppin. The marina village is situated on Lake Rheinsberg. From here, you can navigate the adjoining lake district by boat, continuing north to the Mecklenburg Lake District and on to the Müritz and the other large lakes as far as the Elbe, or along the Havel towards Berlin and from there on to the Oder. The harbor in the marina village, which consists of a private harbor, guest harbor and commercial harbor, is monitored and operated by Boat-City (harbor master). There is a crane and slipway, a boat service and boat rental, as well as a large boathouse for winter storage of boats. In the central entrance area to the marina village there is a large hotel complex, currently operated by the SUNDAY hotel group, which also features an extensive wellness area.
