The Hall Complex Halls 7–12 forms the centerpiece of the Zeitenströmung site and has entrances both from “Horch Boulevard” opposite the waterfall and from “Cadillac Carree,” which overlooks the inner courtyard equipped with three fountains.
The spacious hall has a height of 12 m. The floor area of the storage and production hall is 1,566 m². In addition, there is the office wing with guest and staff sanitary facilities in the Hall 12A annex, covering an area of 282 m². The total leasable area is therefore 1,848 m².
Use is permitted as commercial space (workshop, storage) as well as for retail with goods exhibition. Padel-related inquiries are not welcome. The premises are available for occupancy immediately.
