Index-linked rent: The basis for this is the consumer price index for the cost of living determined annually by the Federal Statistical Office. The landlord may adjust the rent once a year in line with general price developments.

The energy costs (electricity) for the hot water supply must be paid directly by the tenant to the utility company selected by the tenant and are therefore not yet included in the ancillary costs.

Mutual waiver of ordinary termination for 27 months; the landlords are interested in a long-term tenancy. Providing a replacement tenant is possible in emergencies.

Central location directly on Agnes-Bernauer-Str. / corner of Fürstenrieder Straße with good public transport connections. The "Laim" S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes; there is also a bus going there.
The "Fürstenrieder Straße" tram stop is almost directly in front of the building; the U5 "Laimer Platz" underground station can be reached in just under 10 minutes on foot or by bus.
All shops for daily needs and doctors are practically just around the corner.
The apartment faces the street, so an idyllic residential location with lots of greenery and absolute peace and quiet cannot be guaranteed.
