In 2018 we completed an apartment building in Königswinter Thomasberg, which has been rented since that date.
All residential units are rented by Feldhoff Projekte GmbH + Co. KG as the owner and managed by Feldhoff Immobilienmakler und Hausverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.
In addition to the stated rent and the operating and heating costs, for this new-build property two parking spaces per apartment must be rented by the tenant at € 39.00 per month each. Exceptions are not possible due to the zoning plans of the city of Königswinter applicable here. The parking spaces will be built to be accessible for disabled persons.
