At approx. 736 m², the area offers an ideal basis for realizing your detached house in an established and nature-oriented residential area. The buildability of the plot is governed by Section 34 of the German Building Code (BauGB). According to oral information from the responsible urban planning office, construction with up to approx. 130 m² floor area and up to two storeys appears to be generally possible. However, only the respective official review and approval in each individual case is decisive. We will gladly put you in touch with the responsible contact person at the urban planning office.
The plot is sold free of commission and free of developer tie-in. You therefore save the brokerage fee and enjoy full freedom in choosing your house builder. If desired, we will gladly arrange contact with established and renowned house-building companies from the region.
