Newly renovated beautiful old building (January 2026) in Opladen city center. The rooms were also furnished with new basic furnishings in January 2026 and are located in a 5-person shared apartment (2nd floor, attic with slight slope (partly dormer windows) and a 6-person shared apartment (1st floor) in separate apartments with new stylish shower bathrooms with windows. The rooms are bright and friendly and equipped with new flooring. An attic in the apartment on the 2nd floor may, for example, be used as a storage room or common room for the residents of the 2nd floor.
The fitted kitchen with 3 refrigerators and 2 ceramic hobs, as well as an adjoining living-dining room with printer and scanner and access to the terrace, are on the ground floor for shared use by all shared apartment residents.
