We are selling our farmhouse with approx. 164 m² of existing living space in a quiet location in the center of Hailfingen, a district of Rottenburg am Neckar. The location combines rural tranquility with good accessibility to the economic centers of Tübingen, Rottenburg and Stuttgart.

Hailfingen is a well-established, quiet district in the north of Rottenburg am Neckar in the district of Tübingen, where it is a great place to live. The town is characterized by a pleasant neighborhood, short distances to local food producers and shopping markets, as well as a family-friendly infrastructure with a primary school, kindergarten, a forest kindergarten, and active club life.
Buses run on average every half hour. From the nearest train station in the neighboring village of Bondorf (3.8 km), as well as from Herrenberg (9 km), you can reach trains and S-Bahn services to Böblingen, Stuttgart or Horb and Zurich.
The nearby A81 motorway (Stuttgart–Singen) provides very good long-distance connections. The B28/B28a also enables quick routes to Tübingen or Reutlingen.
The scenic surroundings of the Heckengäu with fields, orchards and the Kochartgraben nature reserve offer a high level of leisure and recreational value, especially for hiking and cycling trips.
