Due to relocating, we are selling our beautiful house, which offers wonderful opportunities for personal development.

Both houses are heated with oil. Each house has its own oil tanks. Electricity and water meters are separate.

We live in the main house (the one shown in the title picture), which has a living area of approx. 200 m². On the ground floor there is a garage, a large workshop with a connection for a washing machine, and 2 further spacious rooms that we used for storing decorations, canned goods, cooling appliances and more. On the first floor there is a modern fitted kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances by Miele & Gaggenau, directly next to the spacious living and dining area. Down the hallway there are 2 rooms that remain pleasantly cool even in summer as they are always in the shade (great as bedrooms!), as well as the bathroom, which is currently being renovated. New electrical wiring has already been installed in the bathroom, but the rest can still be planned quite freely. Beautiful, high-quality tiles are already available!

Going up the stairs, there are another 4 or 5 rooms (one of them is a double room, which can easily be separated with a sliding door, for example; the necessary fittings are already in place). Despite the sloping ceilings, the rooms are all very spacious. Upstairs there is also a separate toilet with a washbasin and, next door, a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a beautiful large built-in cupboard (high-quality dark wood). The attic is also quite large.

The front house consists of 5 rooms, an additional room for a washing machine, for example, a terrace, balcony, 2 bathrooms, an attic and a large basement. The house is currently rented for €550 net cold rent plus €260 additional costs.

From the terrace of the bedroom in the main house or directly from the front door, you can access the large garden. There is a 10x5 m above-ground pool in the garden. There are a total of 4 outbuildings that are or can be used as storage rooms, a chicken coop and a barbecue hut. There is also a huge trampoline in the garden, estimated at 6x4 m, a real highlight for children!

There are 2 cherry trees, 1 young walnut tree, 2 edible chestnut trees and a mirabelle plum tree (?), as well as several grapevines on the property. There is also a large cistern that collects rainwater. Water and electricity have been laid as far as the middle of the garden. At the very back, the property leads directly into the forest. The property is completely fenced, so there are no uninvited guests to dig up your vegetable patch! ;)

A lot has already been put in placeA lot of love and work has gone into this, but there is still a great deal that needs/can be done.
