All rooms have white wallpaper and are painted white. The two rooms, kitchen and hallway have attractive laminate flooring. The bathroom is fitted with white tiles. A new shower enclosure will be installed, along with a new large mirror in the bathroom.
There is also a small storage room in the apartment.
The apartment's new radiators are supplied with heat via a modern central gas heating system.

Hot water is provided by an instantaneous water heater (electricity).

A reasonable, moderate stepped rent will be agreed, providing all parties with planning certainty.
The apartment is not offered for short-term rental.
The minimum rental period is 12 months, i.e. the tenancy can be terminated at the earliest after one year.

The ancillary costs, including heating costs, are settled once a year. You will make a monthly advance payment for ancillary costs (including heating costs) of EUR 200-, which will then be offset.

In addition to the monthly net rent plus advance payments for ancillary costs (warm rent EUR 750,-), a rental deposit amounting to 3 net monthly rents (EUR 1,650,-) will be charged. The rental deposit should be paid in full before/at the start of the tenancy and handover of the keys by bank transfer to the landlord.
