We are looking for new tenants as of 15 October 2026 for our spacious, high-quality 3-room apartment in Cologne-Weiß. The approximately 100 m² apartment was completely refurbished immediately before we moved in in July 2025 and is correspondingly modern and well maintained.

The apartment

The centerpiece of the apartment is the very large, open-plan living area with an impressive wall of windows, providing plenty of light and a beautiful view of the greenery. Taking over the fitted kitchen for €3,500 is a prerequisite. The kitchen was purchased from Ostermann at the end of 2019 for approximately €15,000 and expanded in July 2025 to fit this apartment, changing it from an L-shaped to a U-shaped kitchen. Among other things, an additional corner base cabinet worth approximately €800 was added.

The kitchen features high-quality slate stone-gray fronts, soft-close functions, large heavy-duty drawers, and two corner cabinets with heavy-duty fittings.
