Hello, are you looking for something out of the ordinary without a rent increase? Then please read on.
We are offering our furnished apartment on the raised ground floor for rent for a maximum of 3 years, with no stepped or indexed rent agreement! This gives you plenty of time to find your bearings and know exactly what you will pay each month!

There will be an open viewing on Saturday, 24.10. from 12:00 - 14:00 and on Sunday, 25.10.2026 from 10:00-12:00.
Please let us know in advance which viewing you would like to attend, so we don't disturb the current tenant(s) too much ;-)

Our apartment is located on a quiet residential street in a townhouse with a total of just 4 units.
Set back from the street, you can reach it after just a few steps. Its exclusive location on the bel étage also gives you enough peace and quiet during the day to work from home (suitable for partial or full commercial use).

Fittings and features, as described

Behind a clinker-brick façade typical of Hamburg, you can expect 3-meter-high ceilings, original pitch-pine floorboards, custom-built fitted wardrobes (three in total—one in every room!), smoothly plastered walls, as well as downlights and picture rails, creating a successful blend of tradition and modernity.

Here, you can not only set up a lounge area, but also have room for a spacious barbecue area. Thanks to partial cover from the balconies above, you can even enjoy this unique outdoor space in duller weather, making it a “second living room.”
The bathroom, with a shower-over-bathtub, is an oasis of well-being, complete with underfloor heating.
