THE FLOOR PLAN
From the entrance with skylight and built-in wardrobe, you reach the guest bathroom with walk-in shower directly. Behind it, the living, cooking and dining area opens up—the center of the apartment. The Nolte kitchen (installed in 2026) stands with its island in the middle of the room: white, handleless fronts with LED-lit recessed grips, worktops and backsplash in Calacatta-look ceramic with flush-mounted sink and hob, AEG induction hob with integrated extractor, Bosch Series 8 oven with pyrolysis, Bosch built-in refrigerator and under-counter freezer, as well as a fully integrated Siemens dishwasher. Next to it, there is space for a long dining table and a large sofa area. Several large roof windows make the room bright and offer views over the rooftops toward the Havel.
