The 2-room apartment can be taken over from 01.12.2026 or at the latest from 01.01.2027.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, storage room and balcony. Conversion into a 3-room apartment is not possible. For this reason, the apartment is suitable only for a 1- or 2-person household.

Please first take note of the monthly costs of the apartment, as moving is expensive:
Cold rent 585.00 euros
Flat-rate ancillary costs for 1 person 100.00 euros (130.00 euros for 2 people)
Heating advance payment 60.00 euros

This results in a warm rent of 745.00 euros for 1 person (775.00 euros for 2 people). In addition, there is household electricity, which the tenant pays directly to the municipal utility/provider.

The 100 euros in ancillary costs are calculated for 1 person. If a second person moves in, the monthly advance payment for ancillary costs increases by 30 euros to 130 euros. In this well-insulated property, most tenants in the building have managed with 60 euros in heating costs per month, but this is only an advance payment, which is settled annually.

A deposit of 1755.00 euros must be paid before the start of the tenancy.
