Our farm is not an excursion destination – but rather a heartfelt project with a clear perspective. We look forward to interested parties who appreciate this place and are ready to lead it into a new future.
Please understand that viewing appointments are only granted to seriously interested parties who have a realistic intention to buy and the corresponding financial means. We therefore ask for a brief introduction in advance, including financing framework. Thank you!
We are selling our farm because we are drawn back to the city – not out of necessity, but by choice.
On the extensive property, three horses had previously lived together with goats and sheep on the large pasture with shelter. In addition, there is a separate indoor enclosure with an adjoining outdoor area, which is ideal for keeping more animals – with official permission, we kept three raccoons here. Two additional stables offer space for chickens or other small animals.
The house has 250 m² of living space and is divided into ground floor and upper floor, both with their own bathroom. The upper floor also has kitchen connections, but the corresponding room is currently being used as a bedroom.
**Room layout on the ground floor:**
- Bedroom
- Living room
- Kitchen (modernized in 2016)
- Dining room
- Bathroom (renovated in 2016)
- Office or hobby room
- Hallway
- Pantry
**Upper floor:**
- Two large bedrooms
- Two smaller rooms
- Storage room (not heated)
- Bathroom
- Spacious hallway area, formerly living room (also unheated)
The property also includes two solid stable buildings as well as a partially paved inner courtyard with a round above-ground pool, which is visually separated. Directly adjoining the farm is the approximately 7,000 m² pasture – a wonderful place for breakfasts with animal company: Our horses liked to cast a curious glance over the wall at our table.
The house is fully basemented and thus offers additional storage space and possible uses.
**Modernizations (2016):**
- Renovation of the electrical system
- Partially new radiators and piping
- Replacement of windows and interior doors on the ground floor
- Switch from oil to gas heating
- New bathroom and kitchen extension on the ground floor
- Plastic windows with double glazing and shutters on the 1st floor were already in place

The farmstead is located in the idyllic village of Niebede near Nauen, nestled in a quiet and nature-close environment far away from through traffic and everyday noise. The place is about 12 kilometers southwest of Nauen and around 10 kilometers northwest of Ketzin (as the crow flies) and is distinguished by its rural tranquility and scenic beauty.
Niebede was founded as a so-called Rundling – that is, a circularly arranged settlement – a building form characteristic of medieval village settlements in this region. The first documentary mention of the place dates from 1179 under the name „Nibeden“. The occasion was the transfer of the tithe to the Brandenburg cathedral chapter. Historically, the village belonged to the Havelländischer Kreis of the Middle Mark within the Margraviate of Brandenburg. At the beginning of the 19th century, in 1801, Niebede was partly owned by noble landowners, while another part still belonged to the Brandenburg cathedral chapter. As part of several administrative reforms, Niebede has now been incorporated into the town of Nauen as a district of Wachow.
Although Niebede is connected to the public transport network only by bus service, the transport links are nevertheless extremely favorable. Via the nearby federal highway B5, Berlin can be reached in about 30 minutes – usually without stress and without major traffic jams. In addition, the stations in Nauen and Wustermark provide good rail connections, enabling quick access to Berlin, Potsdam, and other regions.
