Calculate using this listing's purchase price. Every assumption is editable and all figures are non-binding estimates.
The initial payment is estimated as loan amount × (interest + repayment) ÷ 12. Individual lending terms, special repayments and further fees are not included. Tax, notary and agent costs may differ in your case. This is not a financing offer or financial advice.
Your inputs are calculated only in this browser and are not saved or sent to TraumImmo.
More financing calculators and assumptionsWe are selling this fully equipped, very high-quality container tiny house, built in a 40’HC shipping container.
The house is situated on leased land in 96450 Coburg and is ready to move into immediately. This means:
-All permits are in place, all regulations have been met
-All connections are available (electricity, water, wastewater, fiber optic)
-Registration as a primary residence is possible
No searching for land, no marathon dealings with authorities for permits—the two biggest problems with tiny houses are already taken care of.
The house was built in Germany as a prototype for potential small-scale manufacturing, which is not being pursued further due to excessively high manufacturing costs in Germany.
The purchase price includes 19% VAT.
You can find more information at Steelcave.de
Of course, a viewing is possible, but ONLY by prior arrangement, as the container is rented out as a holiday home. This also makes it easy to try living in it. However, please understand that we will charge you for the time spent staying there as a rental and refund it to you if you purchase the house.
As we have encountered this situation several times before, after viewings and trial stays, we have one more request: Financing a tiny house differs from financing a “normal” house, because it is not real estate. Please look into this beforehand to make sure you can finance a house like this.
Please get in touch by message. Thank you!
