Actually, we never intended to sell this house – when we bought it in 2022, our plan was completely different. We wanted to settle down, stay, and create exactly the home we had always dreamed of.

That is why the renovations and modernization here were not carried out for sale – but for our own lives.

Almost the entire electrical system was renewed, the windows and heating system were completely replaced, a modern bathroom was created, high-quality natural stone floors were installed, a new Nobilia kitchen was fitted, and many other details were implemented with great love for the house.

Today we often say jokingly:
“We would really prefer to just take the house with us.”

Unfortunately, that is not possible.
