Fully furnished 3-room apartment, 76 m², on the raised ground floor of an old Bremen house in Bremen-Schwachhausen – with its own, secluded garden and conservatory. Available from 01.10.2026. All-inclusive rent €1,700 per month.

Move in with your suitcase. Furniture, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, bed linen and internet are provided – nothing is missing that you need on the first evening.

── €1,700 ALL-INCLUSIVE: WHAT THAT MEANS ──

The €1,700 is your total monthly housing cost. Gas, electricity, water and internet with 100 Mbit/s are included. Compare that: for 76 m², these usually amount to €250 to €330 per month, which you would otherwise pay additionally.

There is no advance payment for additional costs, no annual statement and no additional payment in spring. You do not sign contracts with utility providers. What you transfer is what the apartment costs.

── THE APARTMENT ──

Three rooms of similar size. This means there is no “leftover room”, but three rooms that you will genuinely use.

KITCHEN
New U-shaped kitchen, fully equipped: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. Solid wood worktop, plenty of cabinet and drawer space. Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and knives are all provided – on the first evening, you do not need to buy anything except food. A small round table stands by the window.

LIVING AND DINING ROOMS
Both rooms are arranged one behind the other and connected by an original sliding door. When open, they create a continuous, bright living area spanning the entire depth of the apartment; when closed, you have two separate rooms – practical when one person is working and the other is not.

In the living room: white L-shaped leather sofa for five to six people, glass table, large flat-screen TV with sound system. A floor-to-ceiling French door leads directly outside into the greenery.

In the dining room: solid dining table with six chairs, sideboard, shelving. There is room here for dinner with guests, not just breakfast.

Both rooms have the original wide floorboards – the detail that makes you realize this is an old Bremen house and not a new-build.

CONSERVATORY
Glazed extension adjoining the living room, with underfloor heating and direct access to the garden. The room where you can sit looking out onto greenery in February without getting cold – and simply leave the door open in summer.

GARDEN
Private garden area, quiet in the inner courtyard and secluded by tall vegetation – not a shared backyard, but your own space. Table, bench and chairs are ready, barbecuing is permitted. Sun during the day, peace and quiet in the evening. In this location, that is the exception, not the rule.

BEDROOM
Facing the garden, so quiet and without street noise. Double bed 1.60 × 2.00 m, two bedside tables, reading lamps and a large white wardrobe spanning the entire length of the wall.

BATHROOM
New, bright and tiled. Walk-in shower with rain and hand shower and glass sliding door, washbasin with vanity unit, wall-mounted toilet, wide mirror and heated towel rail.

BASEMENT
Two spacious basement rooms are included. The washing machine and dryer are located here, and there is also room for bicycles, suitcases and sports equipment.

A quiet residential street with a 30 km/h speed limit and one-way traffic – no through traffic, yet right in one of Bremen’s most sought-after residential districts, between Gustav-Pauli-Platz, Schwachhauser Ring and Hermann-Henrich-Meier-Allee.

── GREEN ──

Via Hermann-Henrich-Meier-Allee, you can reach Bürgerpark in just a few minutes on foot – 200 hectares of parkland, paths and water practically on your doorstep. Whether you go jogging, walk the dog or want to take a Sunday stroll, you do not need a car. There is also the private garden behind the house: you do not even have to leave the apartment to sit outdoors surrounded by greenery.

By bicycle, you can reach the city centre in around 15 minutes – Bremen is a bicycle city, and from here that really works. The bicycle is stored dry in the basement.

For anyone with a car: parking in front of the house is straightforward; the street is rarely full. A feature that is not a given in Schwachhausen – and one that makes more difference in everyday life than you might think when reading about it.

── ABOUT THE DISTRICT ──

Schwachhausen is the district where many people in Bremen want to live and few move away from: historic Bremen houses, front gardens, mature street trees and an established neighbourhood. Quiet, but not remote – the city centre is close, and Bürgerpark even closer.
