Wir suchen einen flexiblen Nachmieter, der die Wohnung zum 01.10. übernehmen möchte.
Die Vermietung erfolgt in Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter. Gesucht wird ein geeigneter Nachmieter, der die Wohnung zu diesem Zeitpunkt übernehmen möchte.
Die Wohnung wird ausschließlich inklusive der vorhandenen Einbauküche vermietet. Die hochwertige Küche ist noch kein Jahr alt, mit modernen Bauknecht-Elektrogeräten ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem nahezu neuwertigen Zustand. Daher ist für die Küche eine entsprechende Ablöse vorgesehen.
Die Wohnung ist aktuell genauso eingerichtet und ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Einige der auf den Bildern sichtbaren Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände können bei Interesse gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden. Die Übernahme dieser Möbel ist jedoch vollkommen optional und keine Voraussetzung für die Anmietung der Wohnung. Nähere Informationen hierzu geben wir gerne im Rahmen einer Besichtigung.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr angenehme Wohnatmosphäre der gesamten Wohnanlage. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist freundlich, ruhig und respektvoll, wodurch ein harmonisches und entspanntes Wohnumfeld geschaffen wird. Wir haben uns hier vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Da uns ein gepflegtes und angenehmes Wohnumfeld wichtig ist, wünschen wir uns einen Nachmieter aus einem Nichtraucherhaushalt. Zudem sollte die Wohnung weiterhin haustierfrei genutzt werden; Hunde sind daher leider nicht vorgesehen.
Wichtig: Die Küche wurde vor weniger als einem Jahr für knapp 6000 € angeschafft (Rechnung vorhanden). Für die Übernahme der Küche stellen wir uns eine Ablöse von 4.800 € vor. Aus unserer Sicht ist dies ein fairer Preis, da sich die zukünftigen Mieter die aufwendige Planung, Lieferzeiten, Montagekosten sowie den zusätzlichen Aufwand für die Anschaffung einer neuen Küche sparen und direkt in eine vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung einziehen können.
Uns ist bewusst, dass die Ablösesumme auf einmal eine größere Investition darstellen kann. Daher bieten wir bei Bedarf gerne die Möglichkeit an, die Küchenablöse nach individueller Absprache in Raten zu bezahlen.
Die Übernahme der Einbauküche ist Voraussetzung für die Anmietung der Wohnung. Alle weiteren Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände können bei Interesse optional übernommen werden, müssen jedoch nicht abgenommen werden.
