PLANNED:
For structural, planning-permission-related reasons & due to requirements, we are currently preparing a comprehensive project & usage plan for all existing buildings, rooms & spaces of the estate complex.
This is intended to encompass both heritage-protection concerns and the desired and/or possible uses by the project AND co-organizers, cooperation partners and other providers.
Accordingly, from spring to late summer 2026, everyone interested in use & participation will have the opportunity to incorporate individual wishes & projects into the current planning!
Spatial additions: 2 directly adjacent HOUSES, each with its own natural or garden plot (1 x with a larger barn), are intended for successive acquisition by us.

NOTE: the entire ensemble of the ‘Blücherhof’ estate complex is protected as a historic monument; individual buildings are under the guardianship of the ‘German Foundation for Monument Protection’; the inner courtyard of the complex is a ‘protected historic site’.
Intended for establishment or desired (& supported) by the project as an ADDITION:
In addition to all uses already listed and existing, or as a substantive EXTENSION of our thematic focus ‘CULTURAL VENUE’ for the region, project & network, the extensive range of rooms & spaces in the 10 existing properties (supplemented by up to 4 NEW buildings!) allows us to envision the following additional uses, reinforcing the estate complex’s ensemble character:
-‘Assisted Living’ / ‘Service Living’
(plus corresponding service infrastructure such as a medical practice, physiotherapy, sauna & bathing facilities, etc.)
-‘ECO-CONSTRUCTION FORUM’:
innovative offering, unique throughout the entire north-east of the country.
Here, sustainable, ecological & modern construction & insulation techniques can be demonstrated & offered on-site to the owners of the properties acquired for use, conversion & renovation within the region & network.
For this purpose, either the existing halls are available as a trade-fair hall or exhibition spaces, or the NEW-BUILD AREA in the courtyard directly behind the draft-horse stable!
