Starting 01.10.2026, four unfurnished rooms in an approximately 78 m² attic apartment on the Altstadtring in Braunschweig will be available for rent.
As all rooms will become available at the same time, this presents an opportunity to put together a completely new 4-person shared flat. The apartment is particularly suitable for students, international students, trainees, dual-study students, and young professionals.
The apartment will be used permanently as a 4-person shared flat. Each room is rented separately with its own tenancy agreement. As a result, each person is generally responsible only for their own tenancy.
The following rooms are available:
• Room 1: approx. 10 m² – €280 base rent + €120 additional costs = €400 total rent
• Room 2: approx. 16 m² – €340 base rent + €120 additional costs = €460 total rent
• Room 3: approx. 20 m² – €380 base rent + €120 additional costs = €500 total rent
• Room 4: approx. 21 m² – €400 base rent + €120 additional costs = €520 total rent
The monthly advance payment for additional costs includes the agreed operating, heating, and apartment-related household electricity costs. These will be settled annually. The fixed internet fee is not part of the additional-cost settlement.

The rooms are available from 01.10.2026. The rental security deposit amounts to three net cold rents for the respective room. A cash deposit may be paid in the three statutory monthly instalments. Alternatively, a suitable guarantee may be accepted by prior agreement.
Viewings will, if possible, be conducted in grouped appointments following a preselection. As the owner does not live in Braunschweig, individual appointments can only be offered to a limited extent.
A brief initial introduction via video call is possible.
In-person viewings are planned in particular for 27.09.2026 or, by arrangement, at the beginning of October 2026. For the two rooms that are already available, earlier viewing appointments may possibly be arranged by prior agreement.
Selection will not be based solely on the order in which inquiries are received, but on whether the personal, financial, and organizational circumstances are a good fit for the new shared apartment.
