The apartment is located on Johannesstraße in Niederlahnstein, a district of Lahnstein in the Rhein-Lahn District. The Rhine and the mouth of the Lahn are within walking distance, as is the Lahn Valley with its hiking and cycling trails. Lahnstein is a climatic spa resort; parts of the city belong to the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley.
