The apartment is located in the west of Berlin in a quiet, new-build residential complex right on the water in the up-and-coming district of Spandau. The direct Havel location is a jewel for all those who long for a perfect balance between urban flair and living close to nature or water. With lush green spaces such as the Koeltze and Wröhmänner parks nearby, as well as the adjacent Havel, this is a blue-green oasis for recreation and leisure. For all water enthusiasts, it is a dream to jump directly into the Havel in good weather or to paddle on the Havel with a SUP board in front of your own apartment. Beautiful moorings and access paths to the Havel are located directly adjacent to the residential area. There are also several playgrounds and sports fields in the residential quarter, as well as finely tended green spaces with plenty of room to linger and socialize. Sports enthusiasts benefit from the extensive and well-developed jogging paths, as well as the Havel cycle path on the doorstep, one of the most beautiful river cycle paths in Germany.
