We are selling our beautiful and cosy house. It is a villa renovated in accordance with heritage preservation requirements, with an additional building. The two houses are connected by a small tower. The house has its original floorboards and wooden doors; the windows have been replaced with faithful replicas of the original ones. The ceilings, also preserved in their original state and almost 3m high, create a feeling of spaciousness. Thanks to the exterior walls, which were built to the thickness customary at the time, the house stays pleasantly cool in summer and cosy and warm in winter, especially when heated using the second heating option, a solid-fuel burner. There are large old walnut trees and many fruit trees, offering an abundance of organic fruit. A covered swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 m, with solar water heating, is situated on the park-like lawn. Nearby is the 4 x 7m conservatory and a smaller greenhouse. There is a separate vegetable garden, also enclosed by a wooden fence. The old house is set at an angle to the extension built in 1948 and, together with the garages on the opposite side, forms a large, secluded courtyard. The gas condensing boiler was renewed in December 2025. An additional advantage of the heritage protection status on the main house is independence from the current heating law, as listed buildings are exempt from the requirements. Renovations are also subsidized for tax purposes.
