General
The penthouse apartment was completed in July 2017. The floor is fitted with beautiful wooden parquet; the bathroom has large dark tiles. The walls are painted white or tiled white in the bathroom. The ceiling height is 2.65 m.
Light enters the apartment from three sides (west, north and east), and the bathroom also has a window. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and fitted with interior pleated blinds (except the north-facing windows, which have no pleated blinds).
Living room
The large living/dining room is very bright and provides access to the west terrace.
