The apartment is located in an eight-story building with an elevator and impresses with its practical layout, an outdoor parking space, and a private basement room. Its location on an upper floor provides a pleasant living atmosphere and a beautiful view.
The apartment has a classic layout consisting of an entrance hall, living room with access to the balcony, a bedroom also with balcony access, a child’s room, kitchen, and bathroom with WC and additional storage space. The two balconies offer good opportunities to spend time outdoors and provide bright and friendly living spaces.
