Due to the immediate proximity to the suburban railway, commuters to Munich can quickly reach the city center. Pasing, Maisach and even Augsburg are also easily accessible (approx. 5–8 minutes on foot to the S3 Esting suburban railway station). In addition, bus stops can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The Olching commercial park (Multipark) Olching (Gewerbering) is approx. 2.9 km away (e.g. Amazon Logistics Center Munich-Olching). The journey takes 14 min. by bus (from door to door).
The residential complex is located in a quiet residential area. A bakery with café, hairdresser, ice cream parlor, library, restaurant, snack bar, pharmacy, medical center, laundry and bank are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 5 min. on foot). Supermarkets and many shops can be found in nearby Olching or Fürstenfeldbruck. Olching and a large Rewe supermarket can be reached quickly by bicycle, car or suburban train (short-distance fare).
The surrounding area itself is characterized by a river landscape and small and medium-sized businesses. The larger lakes such as Ammersee and Lake Starnberg can be easily reached by car or suburban train (via Pasing); beautiful swimming lakes (e.g. Olchinger See) can be reached quickly by bicycle.
The next larger towns are Munich, Fürstenfeldbruck, Gröbenzell, Dachau, Eichenau, Geiselbullach and Olching.
