b) with a floor height of 3 m each, up to approx. 2,288 m² of gross floor area are possible,
c) with a floor height of 2.7 m, up to approx. 2,542 m² of gross floor area are possible,
d) with a floor height of 2.5 m, up to approx. 2,746 m² of gross floor area are possible.

At a floor height of 2.50 m, the maximum possible total gross floor area is approx. 2,746 m².
For the simultaneous full utilization of GRZ and BMZ, a 3-story development with around 915 m² of floor area per level is suitable.
