Cologne-Dellbrück is located in the Mülheim district on the right bank of the Rhine and is one of the city’s quiet residential areas, predominantly characterized by detached and semi-detached houses. The neighborhood combines an established local center along Bergisch Gladbacher Straße with an exceptionally high proportion of greenery in the immediate surroundings.

The immediate proximity to Höhenfelder See is particularly noteworthy: The popular local recreation area, with a circular path, sunbathing lawns, and mature trees, practically borders the residential area and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes – an after-work walk by the water or a run around the lake begins right outside the front door. The Dellbrück Heath and the extensive wooded areas of Dünnwald and Königsforst adjoin seamlessly, allowing walking, running, and cycling routes to continue for kilometers without having to cross busy roads.
