ARCHITECTURAL STUDY
The Hanau-based architectural firm plan3eck designed the semi-detached house for the preliminary enquiry: solid construction, basement, ground floor, upper floor and converted attic beneath a 40° pitched roof, heat pump and PV system, plus a double garage with a green flat roof for each home. The halves have floor areas of approx. 93 m² and approx. 100 m² respectively. We estimate the living space at approx. 140–170 m² per half, plus the basement. The study is a proposal: you are free to plan with your own architect or house builder.

Niederissigheim is an established district of Bruchköbel with around 3,000 residents: village-like, quiet, yet right in the heart of the Rhine-Main region.
