Ideal apartment for up to three people. The apartment comprises a living room with integrated kitchen, bedroom, hall and bathroom with shower. The monthly rent for single occupancy is €945.
    For 2–3 persons, the monthly rent increases to €1045. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay by arrangement. Cleaning of the apartment and flat-rate internet can be arranged. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The living room is furnished with a sofabed, flat-screen TV with DVB-T2 connection and integrated kitchen area. A dining table and chairs can also be found in the living room.
