Bright, generously proportioned apartment with wonderful balcony and enjoying an excellent view of greenery. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a children’s playground directly behind the building. Non-smoking property. Located on the first floor of a very well-maintained multi-family building. The attractive shopping area based around the roundabout in Weitmar is only 800 metres away, and offers a supermarket, bakery and dispensing chemist etc. Bochum city centre is around 15 minutes’ drive away or 28 minutes away by direct bus. Good sport and leisure activities available in the area.
The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes service charges, heating costs and the cost of cleaning the building’s staircase. If occupied by a family, the rent increases. Electricity costs must be paid separately.
The apartment also has its own parking space in the building’s underground garage, as well as a large, dry room in the cellar.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

The apartment also offers two bathrooms: the larger with a bathtub, the other a shower room, both tiled in white.
The apartment’s washing machine is located in the building’s laundry cellar, where there is also a connection point for a dryer.

Weitmar-Mark is part of the Bochum-Südwest district of Bochum, and offers an excellent quality of life. It is centred around the junction of Markstraße, Karl-Friedrich-Straße, Heinrich-König-Straße and Kemnader Straße. It is also where you will find the popular Weitmarer Holz woods. The neighbouring city district of Weitmar is home to the Schlosspark castle grounds. Zeche-Bochum, a concert and events venue in an old industrial complex, is located on Prinz-Regent-Straße.
