The rent increases by €50 for each additional person. Service charges, heating costs, electricity and internet access are all already included in the rent. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be invoiced according to the work involved. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.
