Objektbeschreibung

Homely, generously proportioned apartment with large balcony terrace and view of the garden. Non-smoking property. The apartment is situated in a small multi-family building in a quiet, tree-lined side street with on-street parking. The underground station Von-Bock-Straße is around 200 metres away, and the city centre and A40 motorway are both only a few minutes’ drive away.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.


Ausstattung

Living room with large, comfortable corner sofa and smart TV. Internet access provided. Access to the large balcony (approx 15 m²), which overlooks the surrounding residential gardens. Adjoining the living room is the kitchen, which is equipped with a side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven at body height, ceramic hob with glass extractor hood and a microwave, plus tableware and cooking utensils. There is also a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed that can also be used as two twin beds, a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and a desk. The en-suite bathroom features an attractive shower with glass doors, a heated towel rail, washbasin with illuminated mirror, lots of storage space, a washing machine and a large window to let in natural light. There is also an additional bed in the living room, so that the apartment can also be occupied by two colleagues.

Near to Mülheim centre
Mülheim’s historic centre is situated on the Kirchenhügel. Among lovingly restored half-timbered houses, you can walk around the pedestrian zone and shop in the small businesses that can be found there. Roads separate the old town and town centre from the banks of the Ruhr. In the Hans-Böckler-Platz you can find the Forum City Mülheim shopping centre, which also has a cinema complex. The Dichterviertel (poet’s quarter) is an attractive residential area. And on the Kaiserstraße towards Holthausen, you can will find a district comprising well-preserved art nouveau buildings. The A40 motorway is around three to four kilometres away, and the B1 runs south-east of Mülheim’s town centre.
