We are sub-leasing our partially furnished bright apartment for the next years (period up to discussion with you what fits you), starting October 1st, 2021.

The flat is super-centrally located, with basically everything within a few hundred metres walking distance - bright and carefully taken care of, with three rooms in total on 71 square metres 
It is located in the third floor without a lift. Two rooms are connected through a door, and also with regards to the neigbhbours this flat might be more recommendable for a couple without kids or pets.

Parking is available as "Anwohnerparken" in the streets around, typically takes 0-2 minutes maximum to find a parking spot with the tenant pass.

Please share a bit about yourself: who are you and who would be moving in with you? What are you doing in Hamburg, where are you living right now and what are your plans for the next years? Total Cost calculation:

+231 Euro Nebenkosten-Vorschuss (Heating, Garbage, Cleaning of the Staircase, Water, Taxes....)
You would pay additionally directly to the suppleirs:
25,90 Euro for Internet flatrate 

You would need to pay electricity (typically 30-40 Euro) and Fernsehgebühren (ca. 15 Euro/Month), directly to the respective suppliers.

Ausstattung

Great kitchen including premium washing machine stove, oven, fridge, freezer, basic dishes and cutlery etc.

The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, full kitchen (including dish-washer), a TV, full bathroom-furniture, a bathtub, and some shelfs and cupboards. You might still need to bring chairs, a table and whatever else you might want. Couch and bed are relatively old (although the matresses are brand-new) so if you want new ones you would need to bring those.

Within one minutewalking: Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Bio-Supermarkt Tjadens; Farmers Market (twice a week at your doorstep); flower shops, St. Michael's Church; lots of very tasty Restaurants, little boutique shops and cute Cafés.Planten un Blomen Flowerpark and tons of rental cars, scooters, several rental biking stations, rental motorcycles.....

Within 3-8 minutes walking distance you reach: S-Bahn Stadthausbrücke (S1, S3) and U-Bahn Rödingsmarkt (U3); Jungfernstieg (U1, U2, U3, U4, S1, S3) Busses 36, 37, 112, 116; if of that is enough, you would always find a car-sharing car (DriveNow; Miles, WeShare....)

Within 8-15 minutes walking you reach: S-Bahn Landungsbrücken (S1, S3), U-Bahn Baumwall, St-Pauli (U3), U-Bahn Gänsemarkt (U2) and dozens of different busses, car rental stations etc;Elbe Promenade at Landungsbrücken towards Elbphilharmonie; Alster, Reeperbahn, St. Pauli, Sternschanze, Rathausmarkt (city hall), Mönckebergstrasse, Heilig-Geist-Feld, Laeizhalle and plenty, plenty more
