The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately. Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged if required.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

A short staircase leads to the attic level, where there is lots of space to store your bags etc. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the dining room, and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, tableware, cooking utensils and various small appliances. The apartment also offers a sleeping area with bed (1.5m wide) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. There is also a home office with desk, cupboards and a sofa. The newly renovated shower room features a glass partition, built-in ceiling spots, heated towel rail and a washbasin with spacious mirrored cabinet and base cabinet. A combined washing machine/dryer awaits you in the building’s cellar.
